Designing for two reading directions without a redesign

A layout that respects more than one cultural reading order is not a translation pass bolted on at the end. It is a constraint you carry from the first wireframe, the same way you carry accessibility or performance.

When the structure is honest about direction, localization stops being a series of last-minute exceptions and becomes a property the design already had.
